SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 12-36 hours (excluding holidays and Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and another once it has been delivered.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping is free for domestic orders (within the Unites States) over $20. Products should arrive within 3-8 business days after they have been shipped. Shipping rates calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Sorry for inconvience.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also go to your My account page to view your recent orders.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ionicenergyband.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We ship to addresses within the USA, USA Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

LOST/Stolen or Damaged
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ionicenergyband.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If Lost/Stolen in mail please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are not liable for any products lost/stolen during shipping.
